  At first I heard good things about this shop, so when I was in an accident I had it sent here to be fixed. My car has been at this shop for over 2 months now, I've been told on 3 different occasions that they had to order "more parts" when I was initially told they had received them all. My rental date came to an end and I have no been fired from my job as I have no means of transportation. VIELS has refused to help in any sort of way with possibly covering the deductible, giving me a car to use, ANYTHING! They take absolutely no responsibility in this matter and give me excuses such as "we are busy" or "we need more parts"... absolutely horrific customer service to say the least and I will never again bring my business to them. And yes, I'm still fired and my car is still sitting in their shop. They even called me to ask ME if I could bring THEM gas in a Jerry can to get my vehicle to another shop for an alignment.... I live an hour away... They have now advised me they will just add it to my deductible... what an absolute joke!
