  I've been having Astrid do my taxes now for 7 years. I've had absolutely nothing but a great experience ! Every single year she is fast , friendly and informative . She has been extremely helpful and nice and has even told me about certain credits that i was not aware of. Thank you Astrid for being so informative and professional.

  I never actually had Astrid do my taxes; she was my mother's bookkeeper. Due to a mistake on her part, she obtained access to all of my tax records and personal information. Obtaining this information requires either my signature, or a legal document authorizing her as my representative. When I tried to contact her to figure out how this could have happened, she was condescending and unprofessional. Her exact words were:

  First time in was a decent experience, however, when I returned with a question and request for a signature, I was yelled at in front of her employees and she would not take a breath to listen to what I was even asking. I hate writing bad reviews, but I don't think she acted professionally at all.
