  Good Service, but I found the boots to be overpriced and poor quality..Had a pair of boots last.just the winter, about 3 months and got a hole right through the sole of the boot! I purchased a similar priced pair, and now on 2nd winter....

  I purchased my son's back to school shoes here. I bought Primus unaware that it was the house brand. The shoes fell apart in about a month and a half which is quite fast considering these were indoor shoes. However when I went in to get a replacement pair of shoes the staff was very helpful and try their best to make the situation better. My son left happier than ever with his cool new pair of Adidas. I wish the children's section was a little more varied. Considering it's at the only shoe store in the downtown area now I think it would benefit them greatly to have a broader selection of children's shoes. I will be a returning customer though because the customer service is phenomenal.
