  Pretty consistent portion wise and taste, and the service is usually good. Every once in awhile they mess it up but not enough that I don't go back. My problem with them is when I was in an accident and in a wheelchair they refused to do take out some nights and not on others depending on how busy they were and I just got in the habit of going elsewhere.

  Water wasn't refilled until the end of the meal. I ordered the veggie burger and specifically asked for no peppers. I was informed that the peppers are mixed with the other veggies, (weird because this is the only item I ever order from montana's and it's never been an issue before) so I said ok fine no veggies. She asked if I wanted just grilled onions instead and I said yes. When our food finally came almost an hour later it had the peppers on it. So I asked them to fix it and they just scraped the pepper/onion mix off, along with most of the cheese. So now I have a veggie burger on a stale bun with a few crumbs of goat cheese, a single piece of wilted, gross lettuce and a swipe of mayo. Nothing else. This is a 13$ veggie burger? HA. I ended up putting some of the fresher lettuce and tomato from my salad on the burger. A while later I was brought a dish of cold, raw onions to add to my burger. I was floored. I have never seen service this bad and I have been to this location before. The server seemed extremely frazzled. She also forgot a couple of drink orders, didn't bring us enough cutlery for everyone, and when one of my friends I was with asked her to change the channel on one of the tvs so he could watch a specific sporting event, it took her an hour and a half before she did it, even though he asked several times. After asking for our bills, it took another half hour to get them, and then there was some glitch with the debit machine causing further delay, which was apparently caused by one of the servers? This was on a Saturday night between 7-9pm, and while the restaurant was busy, it wasn't full. I can't even imagine what it would have been like with more people there. The servers and the kitchen were clearly not up to the task of serving the people that were there.

  Been to this location several times. Always happy the food and service. Staff are always very friendly. Recommend the chicken waffle sandwich!

  I don't usually leave reviews but the service was awful! Not expecting fine dining, but this was atrocious! Took an hour to get our food after ordering. Ok, there was 8 of us. After we ordered, maybe 10-15min later the waitress came back to inform the one person who had ordered ribs that they were out of ribs. She was rude when we joked about how could montana's run out of ribs? Plus why couldn't she have told that person when he ordered?

  This place used to be good but when my family and I went last time, both me and my husband got food poisoning. For the 100$ for 2 adults and one child we paid I would've expected at least up to standard food...
