  Place is closed Saturday and Sunday, pharmacists have refused to fill legal prescriptions because, " they feel that your Dr. Is prescribing too high of a dose of pain medication". They have no idea what a patient's pain management needs are, but they just flat out refused to fill some narcotic pain medicine prescriptions. I will say however, that they are not the only pharmacy that do this. There needs to be a streamlined complaint process with the governing board for pharmacists. They overrule licensed, practicing, specialists like my Neurologist of 23 years, who also teaches at the University of Toronto Medical School. Ludicrous.

  Rude staff. When I asked for a certain product I was told they had none left. Was given no other suggestions. And was dismissed. No goodbye. No apology. I still have a migrane and will be taking my business to Shoppers once again.
