  My parents stayed here while visiting in Timmins. Every morning the cleaning staff would smile and ask how the stay was going, say to have a good day, and were very welcoming. Breakfast was good, front desk staff patient and willing to help. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

  Old room, frayed carpet, cracked walls, flaking/falling ceiling paint, chipped fixtures, and sex stained sheets. The 'hot' breakfast buffet comprised of some greasy sausages (that's it). On a positive note, staff was very friendly and accommodating when presented with my list of complaints. I was given another room that had a better layout, clean bedding, but the room was still old and desperately needed updating. For the price the room (comparable to other motels), you get much better value anywhere else in town.

  This is the 7th annual event being held at this hotel. As usual, the staff are nice and the hall was nice and clean.

  Was great service the hotel staff were nice. Very accommodating. Need to be a little more quieter for guests sleeping during the day that worked overnight.
