  A stark contrast with the ihatemyjobwhyareyoubotheringme night front desk guy. I think he said nope under his breath at least 20 times (I thought I was stepping on a tiny mouse trying to figure out what that noise was) trying to convince me that I didn't have a reservation despite the invoice and room keys set aside in a tray on the front desk.

  The lady at the front desk in the morning was pleasant & courteous and definitely brings this rating up.

  wish i could give this a 0 star. stayed 1 night. was there from 10:30PM and left at 3:00pm the next day. during our less than 24hr stay we apparently smoked so much in the room that they had to wash all linens, curtains, and clean the carpet. We don't smoke... hotel refuses to refund the $200. stay FAR away from this hotel. Read other reviews and I'm certainly not the only one who has been in this exact situation. Wish I read the reviews before my stay.

  I would like to thank Joanne at the front desk for being so kind and helpful with my stay so far, it's employees like her who make the difference at hotels. The Senator deserves a 5 star rating as it's very updated and new. I would recommend staying here.

  I was there for the NOE Halloween Dance. The hall was a comfortable size, not so large that it felt empty but not small enough to be crowded. There was plenty of space and walking between the tables was easy. Dance floor was a good size, and bathrooms were right outside the entrance, which was convenient. I would definitely like to see next year's Halloween event hosted there again, it was a great space.

  Room was clean and comfortable. AC/Heating unit is a remnant of the analog days.

  This place is great . Natalie in reservation in customer service is in # 1 position . Rooms are clean and tidy . I always come again here .
