  Very disappointed with the Customer Service I received today. I am not a high maintenance customer or one to typically write reviews. I believe her name was Nicole and I called around noon today. She was very short on the phone when I was trying to gain information about booking a car on behalf of a large company that I work for and made me feel rushed. When I told her why I needed a car she immediately tried to deter me by telling me about a drop -off fee that wasn't even relevant to our scenario. Shortly after she gave me a price that was much higher than what I was seeing as a quote online. When I asked for clarification on what I was being charged for to cause the price discrepancy she replied "then book it online". At this point, I decided I will be booking the car elsewhere.

  Tried to ADD a day to car rental over a week in advance - only to be informed that this was not possible as I had prepaid my rental. There was absolutely nothing they could do to assist me with picking up vehicle one day early...not that they didn't have a vehicle but I had prepaid.

  The customer service was unbelievably horrendous. Obviously Enterprise has zero customer service skills. The experience in dealing with their customer service resulted in me canceling my reservation a week in advance & paying the $65 cancelation fee and booking with another rental agency.
