  I'm rebuilding an old ford an required transmission fluid. So I went to the parts desk and the lady completely confused couldn't help so she sent me in the basement to a parts guy. I walk up to the desk this large obese man was extremely rude and didn't understand why I needed the fluid. This ford dealership is known for its horrible costumer service and this goes to show i couldn't even get transmission oil. Much better ford dealers around this area STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

  Service department practices the "tell you later" approach to pricing. Meaning, they are not always forthcoming with the price to maintain your vehicle. Unless you have to service your vehicle here I would go elsewhere.

  Good dealership with nice salespeople. I've purchased 2 vehicles here and had a positive interaction. Good shop as well.
